Risk assessment for new machinery includes:

  • Familiarization with the design of machinery in your construction or directly in production
  • Definition of possible hazards, their sources and possible consequences in different operating modes of the machinery at all stages of the service life (according to EN IS012100: 2011 or according to type C standards)
  • Consult possible solutions to ensure the safety of machinery together with your design staff

Follow-up:

  • Elaboration of detailed risk analysis of machinery
  • Defining the necessary safety measures based on applicable regulations and standards
  • Implementation of recommended measures to ensure the safety of machinery

Risk assessment of operating machinery includes:

  • Inspection of machinery in your plant
  • Evaluation of the compliance of the machinery with the minimum requirements for the machinery operated
  • Presentation of identified shortcomings
  • Consult possible solutions to ensure the safety of machinery together with your production and maintenance staff

Follow-up:

  • Defining the necessary safety measures based on applicable regulations and standards
  • Implementation of recommended measures to ensure the safety of machinery

The result of this process will be a status report for your machines that will allow you to plan your investments so that your machines are always safe.
