On September 15, 2026, the professional seminar Safety Meets Security took place at the premises of CIIRC CTU in Prague, jointly organized by Systemotronic and Pilz CZ.

The event attracted significant interest from professionals in industrial manufacturing, automation, electrical engineering, and machine safety.

The main objective of the seminar was to present current trends, legislative developments, and practical experience related to the functional and cyber security of modern machinery and production technologies.

Industrial digitalization, the increasing interconnectedness of production systems, and new European legislative requirements are creating new challenges for machine manufacturers, system integrators, and technology operators. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the impacts of the new EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230, the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), the NIS2 Directive, and other related regulations.
